Not necessarily "Hip Hop" music, but the soulfulness in Florence's voice is so raw that I can't help but add this to my laundry list of favorites. Like most people, I learned of this band when Dog Days are Over became an international hit. You literally couldn't watch TV without hearing the song in a show, a tv commercial, or an award show. Since then, I've become just as obsessed with this group as I am of Adele.
On top of her voice, the creativity from this group is unimaginable to me. I was literally blown away from their performance at the 2010 MTV VMA award show.

Florence + The Machine's sophomore album titled Ceremonials is expected to drop November 8th. From this single, it doesn't look like it will disappoint.
